Description Due to the rustic nature of timber, Chestnut hurdle posts are approx. 3″ (75mm) diameter at the top and vary up to approx. 4″ (100mm) at the bottom point. Hardwood sweet chestnut cut by our local woodsmen, they are unpeeled so still have the bark on and are pointed to drive into the ground. Chestnut hurdle posts look rustic which is why they are the perfect post to accompany your willow hurdles or hazel hurdles however they can also be used for many other applications. Available approx. 6ft (1.8m), 8ft (2.4m) and 9ft (2.7m) Approx 3 – 4″ diameter posts sizes will vary.
