Description Galvanised metal gate posts used for hanging and closing metal field gates. We have two size diameter posts available in two different lengths. Available for “D” loop style gates and “spring bolt” metal field gates. The hanging posts can be used on both styles of gates However:- A “D” loop gate has a half circle loop on the end of the gate which shuts in to an auto catch thus this style of gate needs an auto catch on the closing post. A “spring bolt” gate has a spring loaded latch fitted to it. This latch fits into in to a slot in the closing post. This gate style would need a slotted closing post.
