This super wide-angle lens, with a field of view of 110 degrees, makes it possible for every photographer to make a composition with an extreme perspective. The ZEISS Milvus 2.8 / 15 has excellent image quality, even with the aperture open, thanks to the good correction of color aberrations. Color edges and distortion are therefore minimal. This is due to the ZEISS Distagon® design with 15 lens elements in 12 groups, including two aspherical lens parts, special glass with deviating partial dispersion, and a floating lens element design. A removable lens hood and a 95mm filter thread also make this lens the ideal companion for special applications with the help of optional slide-in filter holders.
